The bases are laser cut to ensure exact match up of hole sizes etc for mounting parts on your ATR or Vectoring Robot. The bases are made of 0.125" thick Aluminum for high strength, light weight, and it won't rust. You can also get them in 0.125" thick acrylic too so you can see through your robot. The bases can be stacked giving you lots of room for additional components.
The bases comes in two materials. Aluminum and Acrylic (Acrylic is clear, protective coating is shown)
The triangle sides would project out to be 12", but are rounded. All sides are equal.
The aluminum base has predrilled holes for mounting the following:
- Standard Motor Housings
- 3 of our PWM motor controllers (one per motor)
- OOPic I, II, or II+
- OOPic-R
- Standard Servos for sweeping sensors or camera pan and tilt systems when used with servo hardware package
- Holes for stacking plates using 1/4" all thread.
- Holes for mounting switches and routing wire.
