This easy and simple to use charger can charge 4 to 24 cells, and it features an adjustable charge rate of .5 to 5.5 amps with an easy to read LCD display. The CG-335 Pro field charger from Hitec will charge most popular Ni-Cds and Ni-Mh battery packs from a 12V D/C power source. The CG-335 Pro also features a unique glow plug igniter port for charging 1.1 amp glow drivers!

You can charge up to 24 cells but only in series. with this charger. The lowest fast charge rate is 0.5 amps so it is recommended you don't charge anything lower than 110mah. The trickle rate is 5% of the full charge rate.
The CG-335 will charge NiMh cells because it is a linier charger however, you should use a lower charge rate and monitor the battery for excessive heat. We do not recommend this charger for NiMh cells lower than 600Mah.
You need a power source for the charger. A 12-volt car battery or 10-amp power supply will allow the CG-335 charger to work to its full potential. You can use a 12-v gel cell or a lower amperage power supply if charging smaller and fewer cells. Our 100W power supply is ideal for a power source. Do not use the current from an auto battery charger is not consistent and will cause the chargers to "False Peak."
