The beginning stage of the Trekker. The lowest cost robotics kit utilizing the Trekker Expansion board. This kit requires no soldering! Perfect for the beginning enthusiast that may want to expand the Trekker to its full capabilities. It allows for future plug and play expansion for the Trekker accessories. The user can add onto this with all the accessories and learn about the growing field of Robotics. This Robot offers a lot more than its competition and can grow with you.

The Robot Kit includes the following:
(1) Trekker Chassis - TD-001-000

(1) OOPic II Ready Expansion Card - TE-001-000

Option Notes:

• As a default no controller is selected.  If you don't have your own OOPic II, II+, III, or III+, select the controller that you want to use in the options.  We offer the OOPic III and III+ for this kit.   If you need the programming cable select a starter package.  See our OOPic Store Category for more details. 
• The standard wheels are 3.5" foam wheels with ball casters. The enhanced wheel upgrade replaces the 3.5" wheels with an enhanced wheel set. The ball caster wheels are still included with the upgrade so you can use either rear caster.
• If you select and fully assembled robot kit, you do not need to select modified servos too. Modified servos are part of the assembly. If you select a fully assembled robot kit, it will be completely built, programmed, tested and ready to go out of the box!
