This is a standard gear motor housing. It is sized to go with our small and medium IG32 gear motors. This is a high quality sturdy housing. It is made on our CNC plasma cutting table and the aluminum is keyed and welded together. The structure has mounting screws that match up with the rectangular base and triangular base. The housing also has a precut hole for supporting the outer-race of the bearing that comes with our omni-wheel assemblies and large ATR and small ATR wheel assemblies. This assembly with our ATR Shaft and wheel sets give an extra bearing support for the shaft and wheel so the motor bearing is not doing all the work giving better performance, longer life, and increased weight handling capacity.

This is a 2" x 2" Aluminum tube with a 1/8" thick wall designed to support a variety of wheel systems.
This is a rugged chassis made of 1/8" thick aluminum to accept our IG32 and IG32P gear motors. The aluminum is cut with our CNC plasma cutter for and exact fit-up and welded. The chassis accepts outboard bearings to take the wheel loads.
With it's wide hub and finished bore, this steel roller chain sprocket is ready to mount to a shaft.
Count on solid performance from these steel ball bearings. Temperature range is –20° to +250° F. Maximum speed is 1200 rpm for open bearings; 2500 rpm for all others (unless noted).
