This is a custom 2WD robot that can be used to film 360 video. It is controlled with a Spektrum remote. On top of the post is a 1/4"-20 stud and thumb nut so you can securely mount your 360 camera. Removable 3' mast. The video below was shot using a Ricoh THETA S camera. For smoother video, a gimbal can also be used. A 360 camera is not included.
3 pound max camera weight. This robot is designed to mount 360° camera, handheld video recorders and smartphones.
It uses IG42 122 RPM right angle gear motors, 10" pneumatic wheel and shaft set, and 7 AH lead acid batteries. Maximum speed is about 320 feet per minute and is infinitely controllable with the joystick on the remote.
Use your mouse or tap screen to pan 360 degrees around the video as the robot roams around the room.
This is a direct drive 4WD robot kit that uses Nexus mecanum wheels. The mecanum wheels allow it to vector in any direction.
