These chassis' are designed and fabricated in North Carolina USA and fully supported by SuperDroid Robots, an industry leader in robotics. This is a CNC cut chassis and accepts our IG32 and IG32P gear motors. The chassis is made from 3/32" thick aluminum and is cut on our CNC plasma table and bent on our CNC break press.
The base is 10" x 8.5". The sides are 1.75" high (bottom edge to top surface). It weighs 1lb 3oz. The sides are stepped in 1/4". When used with the 4" Shaft and wheel sets it has a ground clearance of about 1 1/4". The width with the wheels is about 14.5" and the length is about 12.5". If the top platform is used the overall height works out to be about 5.75".

This is a rugged chassis made of 1/8" thick aluminum to accept our IG32 and IG32P gear motors. The aluminum is cut with our CNC plasma cutter for and exact fit-up and welded. The chassis accepts outboard bearings to take the wheel loads.
This is a fully assembled, second-generation LT2 robot platform. We use the same chassis in our tactical LT2. It's similar to our HD2 treaded robot, but it's lighter.
