These large Traction Lug/Tiller ATR wheels are 10" in diameter. They come as pair and have steel 5/8" diameter shafts and bearings for our IG52 motors with 12mm shafts. This item also includes a custom machined shaft with a welded hub (cut on our CNC machine) that matches the bolt pattern of the wheel. The shaft is 5/8" diameter and has a 12mm bore for our IG52 gear motors. The shaft is intended to mount on our custom length ATR sides. Also included are shaft collars for locking the wheel in place and onto the motor.
As 4WD skid steer robots, these wheels will only work with our IG52 gear motors. To calculate the speed of the robot just take the output RPM * wheel diameter (in inches) * 3.14 / 12 = feet per minute.
The shaft is bored with a 12mm hole for mounting onto the IG52 gear motors. These shafts are made to order and may require a 1-2 business days before shipment.
Inflate tires before use! Underinflated tires can spin on the rim rupturing the tube inside.
This robot uses custom length sides and 10" traction lug tires with IG52 136 RPM motors. We have included everything to make it ready to run including batteries, chargers, and a controller.
This is a prebuilt version of TP-251-003, our programmable triangular omni wheel vectoring robot. It can vector in any direction and is great for indoor robotics. An Arduino Mega and encoders allow for this to be an autonomous robot.
