This our basic robot power distribution board. The module features screw terminal connectors for your control and drive batteries, charging, power switch, and external LED. A low current switch can be wired to the designated switch header to control the smaller 10A relay. The adjacent LED header is equipped with a 1k resistor so an external LED can be wired directly to the circuit board.
The 10A relay supply power to (6) 0.100" friction lock headers. An optional connector kit can be found on the bottom of this page. The 30A relays have (2) high current outputs with 5.0mm screw terminals. The 30A relay also supplies power to (1) additional low current 0.100" friction lock header.
The 30A relay's coil is brought out to the adjacent header. This can be connected to the output of the 10A relays or a high current driver (TE-010-800) can be used to control the relay with a microcontroller like an Arduino.
These are high quality sealed Single Pole - Single Through (SPST) relays. This relay's coil is rated for 24V.
These are high quality sealed Single Pole - Single Through (SPST) relays. This relay's coil is rated for 12V.
The B3 Compact charger is a very simple to use charger for 7.4 2S and 11.1 3S battery packs. No need for additional power supplies or 12v batteries as this little unit has its own built in power supply that can be powered with 100-240v.
This is a small tracked robot equipped with 42mm motors, a motor controller, and Spektrum remote control. This is a customized prebuilt version of TP-230-042 with added track brackets.
