This a custom prebuilt robotic platform. The tracked robot is being sold in the configuration listed below. The prebuilt robot is fully assembled, tested and is ready to run. If further customization is required, please fill out our Custom Robot Request Form.

This is a heavy-duty tracked platform using wheelchair motors and 6 inch wide tracks. The robot can handle heavy payloads and is capable of ascending and descending stairs and inclines. You can easily customize the platform for your specific needs!

The robot's motors directly drive UHMW wheels for low maintenance. The tracks are 6 inches wide of heavy molded rubber with no splice. The idler shaft is using a well-proven hub and taper bearing set for long life and low maintenance. The smaller idler wheels are used to keep the center section of track pressing down on the ground at all times for low ground pressure. The top cover is used to keep debris off the batteries and allows for mounting other equipment.
