We recommend controlling the motors with one of our motor speed controllers. See our motor controller support page for more information. We also recommend you use our wiring kit to wire your motors.  These heavy duty gear motors have a rated speed of 10.5 RPM and a gear reduction of 1:353. They work great on our larger robots as well as many other applications.
