This is a fully assembled prebuilt robot based on our IG52-DB4-E All Terrain Robot. The robot is being sold in the configuration listed below. This robotic platform uses a gusseted aluminum frame fabricated in-house at our North Carolina facility. The wheel axles are solid steel and supported by a set of sealed ball bearings. The dual bearing design allows for a higher load capacity. The wheels are chain driven with #25 chain and a 15:21 reduction. The motors are equipped with encoders which could be used to give the robot telemetry and/or closed loop speed control.
The robot uses differential steering (movement is based on two separately driven wheels placed on either side of the robot body. It can thus change its direction by varying the relative rate of rotation of its wheels). See our ATR page for more details about our All Terrain Robots.

This is our Heavy Duty All-Terrain Robot platform with 52mm gear motors, built to navigate through rough terrain and over small obstructions. This heavy duty robot is configurable.
This is an Enclosed 4-wheel drive remote control robot kit. It uses four powerful wheelchair motors and the inside robot cavity has plenty of room for electronics.
This robot uses custom length sides and 13 inch tires with IG52 136 RPM motors. We have included everything to make it ready to run including batteries, chargers, and a controller.
