These are 4" in diameter omni-wheels with a shaft, collars and a bearing. The 4 inch (100mm) plastic omni wheel is a durable, double row wheel that provides easy 360 degree movement, with rotational and sideways maneuverability.
This item also includes a custom machined shaft. The shaft also comes with a bearing that mounts into our gear motor housings and ATR chassis, so the load of the robot is not entirely on the motor bearings. Also included is shaft collar for locking the wheel in place and onto the motor. The shaft is made of high strength steel.
The shaft is bored with a 8mm hole for mounting onto the IG42 gear motors. Contact us if you want a custom bore size for these shafts. They are made to order and may require a 1-3 business days before shipment. The wheels come with 3 longer bolts that are used to bolt it to the hub. You will not need 6, just 3 for the wheel assembly to work properly.
