This combination deal contains most of the parts you need to build an Arduino-controlled Zumo robot. It consists of a Zumo Shield for Arduino, a Zumo chassis kit, and a Zumo blade. You will also need a pair of micro metal gearmotors, four AA batteries, and an Arduino to complete your Zumo robot (motors, batteries, and Arduino sold separately). This product is a kit; assembly (including soldering) is required.
The kit does not include motors, they are linked as options at the bottom of the page.
This shield mounts onto an assembled Zumo chassis and makes it easy to build an Arduino-controlled Zumo robot.
This gearmotor is a miniature (0.94" x 0.39" x 0.47"), high-power brushed DC motor with 100:1 metal gearbox, similar to Sanyo’s popular 12 mm gearmotors. These units have a 0.365"-long, 3 mm-diameter D-shaped output shaft.
This is the chain and sprocket kit for the IG42-DB4 robot platform. It includes 10 tooth and 15 tooth sprockets, 5 feet of chain, and 4 connecting links.
This is a pair of 10" wheels and shafts. The shafts are machined steel with a welded hub. They are for our Heavy Duty and Enclosed Heavy Duty ATRs. These will not work for our Standard ATRs.
