This is a prototype robot we were developing with motors mounted inside the wheels to maximize space. This leaves the entire robot open for electronics and batteries. The design also gets the weight off the motor shaft and is transferred to the chassis itself. We had the treads custom molded for this robot but the manufacturing process could not be produced to our high standards so we decided to go in another direction which means you get a great deal on this robot.
Please note that there is nothing structurally wrong with the tracks, they are in perfect working order. However, rollers or guides will need to be added to the robot to assure smooth operation (prevent derailing).
The robot includes everything listed below, ready to run with the exception of some TLC with the tracks and a remote or programmable controller.

This is a prebuilt MLT-JR tracked robot platform equipped with 12V 32-millimeter motors, a motor controller and an authentic Arduino for autonomous control.
This is the waterproof inspection LT2 Robot. It has flipper arms to help it climb obstacles and for better maneuverability. It is capable of wireless or tethered control. The tethered option includes a fiber-optic cable spool up to 1km long.
