This aluminum motor mount supports our ATR Wheel and Shaft Set Pair, our Single Row, Omni-Wheel and Shaft Set or our Double Row, Omni-Wheel and Shaft Set. One motor adaptor plate is provided with hardware to mount either a IG32 or a IG42 inline planetary gear motors to the chassis side. (These are not intended for our right angle gear motors, different adaptor plates would be needed). The width of robot is up to you, it must be at least (the length the gear motors + 2" tube + 1/8" adaptor plate) x 2. A simple piece of plywood, aluminum, or acrylic can be used to tie the mounts together or they can be bolted onto your own robot chassis. Please note when using our ATR Wheel and Shaft Set Pair, the pair is one left and one right tire; so you will need two pairs to get two left tires and two right tires.
The tube structure uses the bearings in the above linked wheel kits to support the axle. The other side of the axle is supported by the motor. This provides a much stronger attachment for the wheels and the load is put on a heavy duty bearings and tube instead the motor. Direct coupling a wheel to the motor will just ruin a motor quickly.

A master battery disconnect switch is a lever-operated battery cutoff switch that will disconnect power for the battery circuit.
The InvenSense MPU-6050 sensor contains an accelerometer and a gyroscope in a single chip. It is very accurate, this sensor is used in self balancing robots, drones, smartphones, etc. The sensor uses the I2C-bus to interface with microcontroller.
