This is a bracket to mount your electronic compass on and keep it away from any metal. The bracket is made from laser cut acrylic and it mounts to a nylon mast. The hardware that mounts the electronic compass to the bracket is also nylon and included with this item. The non-metallic materials are used to keep the sensitive electronics away from any metal and electronic noise that will influence the readings.
