Custom Belt Winder

These are pictures of a belt winder that was custom made for a customer.� The unit was designed, built, tested, and delivered in under 3 weeks.� The belt winder has a 1/2HP DC motor with a speed controller that drives the spool.� A mechanical clutch is installed in the chain drive to allow constant torque.� The belt winder accepts belts from 1/2" to 24" and winds them up to 24" in diameter.
