Machine and Fabrication Services from our Shop in North Carolina (NC)We offer high quality metal and fabrication services to meet your needs. We operate out of our 10,000 square foot climate-controlled facility with state of the art equipment and excellent staff. We can provide affordable quality services to meet any need! Let us know your requirements and we will use our knowledge and experience to make sure the project is done right using the most cost effective process. Custom CNC Plasma Cutting ServicesPlasma cutting services offer unique advantages over other contemporary methods. We will cut aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. We have a high definition, high frequency plasma cutter that is precisely controlled with servos yielding precise clean cuts with minimal dross and kerf. The kerf will vary with plate thickness, contact us if you need an exact number. Typical kerfs are 0.025 inches to 0.050 inches, we will cut with the appropriate offsets to ensure the dimensions of your part are precise.
Custom CNC Routing ServicesOur CNC Router produces consistent, high quality work at an efficient rate. Let us do your routing and cut down on waste, errors and time. Using a router has benefits over laser cutting or waterjet cutting since we can make partial depth cuts or pockets in the parts, engrave, etc. We have a large table for quicker larger cutting jobs and a smaller table for engraving and smaller jobs.
Custom CNC Brake Press ServicesOur brake press is capable of bending sheet and plate steel and aluminum. The CNC controls can be set to bend the steel, stainless steel, or aluminum to your precise specifications.
Custom CNC Milling ServicesCNC milling is a cost effective machining method. Complex shapes, high dimensional tolerances, and smooth finishes can be achieved in a timely manner. Our milling machine can produce many types of 2D or 3D shapes, contouring, engraving, etc. including: engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures, etc. We have a Bridgeport mill that we retrofitted ourselves with the very latest technology of computer aided controls to provide precise machining at an affordable price. Back to TopTIG Welding and MIG Welding ServicesWe offer both TIG welding and MIG welding services from our shop. TIG and MIG can be used for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We have several welders including high frequency pulse welder, spool guns, liquid cooled torches, etc. capable of welding up to 1/2" metal.
