2.75 inch Wide Molded Track Set

Description:

This is a pair of All Terrain reinforced 2.75 inch wide tracks for UGVs. They have a mesh reinforcement and are molded rubber with no splice. These treads have small timing cleats in the center of the track. They are 13mm square spaced 48mm apart. Standard length is 32 pitches/cleats making the track length 1536mm.

These tracks will require your own wheel design.

These are the same treads used on our LT2 Robot minus the internal guide cleats. You will have to make your own guide cleats and wheels for this set of treads.

The multi-ply treads have an aggressive black rubber all-terrain 2.75" wide pattern.

The track does NOT have a splice! They are molded to be continuous.

The overall tread thickness is about 0.61" with the knobs, the tread without the knobs is about 0.25" thick.

The weight of one tread is 2.13 lbs.

The track is approximately 1536 mm in circumference.

The traction lugs are 8mm thick, 10mm tall and are spaced out every 50mm.

Custom Length Option:

When a custom length is ordered, please allow 4-8 weeks for shipment.
