The Soundgin is a serially controlled Sound Synthesizer in a PIC.

This item includes a Soundgin IC and a RS232 development board.  The board has a amplifier with volume control, filtering, soundgin soucket and resonator, power input, and RS232 input.  The board is ~4" long x ~1 3/4" wide.  The schematic is here

The Soundgin produces complex sound effects, synthesizer style music and English speech with an unlimited vocabulary.
