Machine and Fabrication Services from our Shop in North Carolina (NC)
SuperDroid Robots prides ourselves on our high-quality metal and fabrication services. Our experienced staff mans our 10,000 square foot climate-controlled facility with state-of-the-art equipment. We can provide affordable quality services to meet any need! Let us know your requirements and we will use our knowledge and experience to make sure we do the project right using the most cost-effective process.

Custom CNC Plasma Cutting Services
Plasma cutting services offer unique advantages over other contemporary methods. We will cut aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. We have a high definition, high frequency plasma cutter that is precisely controlled with servos yielding precise clean cuts with minimal dross and kerf. The kerf will vary with plate thickness, contact us if you need an exact number. Typical kerf are 0.025 inches to 0.050 inches, we will cut with the offsets to ensure the dimensions of your part are precise.

Custom PCB Design and Fabrication
Our in-house PCB assembly system offers a unique solution for your project. From concept to finished product, our team of engineers can provide you with the board you need. Through extensive research we determine the best components and layout, then create a digital design of the board. If the board requires a microcontroller or processor, our team will write the code necessary for it to function.
After the designs are complete, we assemble the board in-house with our Pick and Place system. All boards go through rigorous testing and quality checks, with modifications and redesigns made as necessary. You can trust SuperDroid Robots to build the board you need to get the job done!
Custom CNC Routing Services
Our CNC Router produces consistent, high-quality work at an efficient rate. Let us do your routing and cut down on waste, errors and time. Using a router has benefits over laser cutting or waterjet cutting since we can make partial depth cuts or pockets in the parts, engrave, etc. We have a large table for quicker larger cutting jobs and a smaller table for engraving and smaller jobs.

Materials: ABS plastic, UHMW plastic, and PETG (chosen for durability) plastic. Our facility can cut more types of wood and plastic.

Custom CNC Brake Press Services
Our brake press can bend sheet and plate steel and aluminum. We can set our CNC controls to bend the steel, stainless steel, or aluminum to your precise specifications.

Custom CNC Milling Services
CNC milling is a cost effective machining method. Our team can achieve complex shapes, high dimensional tolerances, and smooth finishes in a timely manner. Our milling machine can produce many types of 2D or 3D shapes, contouring, engraving, etc. including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures, etc. We have a Bridgeport mill we retrofitted ourselves with the very latest technology of computer aided controls to provide precise machining at an affordable price.
TIG Welding and MIG Welding Services
We offer both TIG welding and MIG welding services from our shop. Our team can work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We have several welders including high frequency pulse welder, spool guns, liquid cooled torches, etc. capable of welding up to 1/2" metal.
