    Someone recently asked:
    Is the Dual LS7366R Quadrature Encoder Buffer Board meant to act as a signal splitter? How does it perform with industrial high resolution high frequency encoders? I have in mind 25 line count digital quadrature encoders as a minimum with 5 vdc supply.

    Encoders are discussed on this blog post. The Dual LS7366R Quadrature Encoder Buffer is just a counter of the encoder pulses that can be read into your micro controller. It used to eliminate the burden on your micro controller having to read every pulse and not miss anything. It uses the LS7366R chipset. It is not meant to be a signal spitter, just a buffer/counter.
