    A customer asked:

I’m planning to purchase the Sabertooth 32A motor driver board to operate the IG-42 motors. Instead of using SLA batteries to power the Sabertooth, is it possible to use a Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer battery? Is there built in cutoff mode on the Sabertooth?

Yes, if your battery does not have built in shut off, you can set the dip switches for Lithium protection. Our lithium batteries are listed here
