Documentation and Support
This is a breakout board for the ST485E tranceiver IC. The ST485 can convert a TTL signal from a microcontroller, such as an Arduino, to RS485. The advantage to using RS485 is that it allows you to transmit data much farther than a TTL serial signal and in a noisy environment.
