These 24VDC Type 04 52mm diameter gear motors are made with steel gears (not plastic or sintered metal). The Type 04 motors have twice the torque as the Type 02 52mm diameter gearmotors and are more efficient! They are real stout motors. They weigh about 3.5lbs each. We sampled many other manufactures and the gears would strip or the windings would burn up, we had no failures with these.

The table below lists its characteristics. The datasheet images below show the current and torque curves and the gear motor's dimensions. These motors have a stall torque of  >300 kgf-cm! They utilize a 1:12 gear reduction. The gear motor is 24VDC.
