Description

This rugged enclosed frame is cut on our high definition CNC plasma table for an exact fit. It's made of 1/8" thick aluminum to accept our IG42 planetary gear motors. This chassis was designed for our 4WD Enclosed IG42 Mobile Robot and provides protection for all on-board electronics and gear motors.

Note: This is the aluminum chassis only. It does not include any batteries, motors, bearings, axles, wheels, etc.

Features and Specifications

  • Qty 1: CNC cut and welded chassis.
  • Qty 4: Motor mount plates and mounting hardware.
  • Qty 16: M4 machine screws for mounting IG42 gear motors. (gear motors are not included).
  • Qty 16: 4-40 machine screws to hold lid onto chassis.
  • Dimensions:
    • 14.25" Wide x 17.25" Long x ~6.75" High (bottom edge to top surface)
    • Weight: 12.5lbs



The dimensions do not include weld filler, which adds a little to the overall dimensions.
