When you are making decisions about your robot keep in mind that we do all designing and manufacturing in-house. UVC Light Robot Platform
This robot makes it easy and safe to move UVC light, which has been shown to kill bacteria and viruses. The robot uses six germicidal UVC light bulbs that are remotely activated at the flip of a switch, eliminating the risk of human exposure! The 2WD platform is ideal for indoor use allowing smooth operation and good maneuverability. The robot is equipped with a camera that transmits live video back to a monitor on the remote. This allows the operator to drive the robot around while staying in a separate room, safely away from the UVC lights. Once the area is disinfected, the operator can remotely turn off the UVC lights and enter the area safely.

Custom Size All-Terrain Robotic Platform
This robotic platform allows you to customize the length and width of your chassis, making it a great choice for projects that have specific size requirements! As with our standard kits, this custom size platform allows you to build your kit from the ground up! That means you can choose the type of motors, wheels, controllers, batteries, and other components to meet your needs.
The TP-047-042 kit allows for a wide range of customizations based on your needs. We offer a variety of motor controllers, batteries, RC controllers, and encoders so you can configure the robot to meet your requirements. The weight of the robot will vary depending on how the robot is configured (batteries are the main cause of this).

Scissor Lift Robot
This robot design was developed for Law Enforcement and Military purposes but can be purchased and used by anyone. Industries such as network switch rooms, power substations, power generators, factories, home inspections, first responders, etc. have all used this robot for inspection or surveillance from a remote/safe distance. The robot can also be customized with HAZMAT sensors, etc., please contact us if you need the robot customized.

Waterproof MLT-42-W with 6-Axis Arm
This is an easy to use tracked robot intended for inspecting pipes or areas with low clearance heights. It is watertight in case you run into any unexpected water. This robot also has a custom 6-axis arm on it which is being used to remove radioactive material on-site. The robot itself is extremely rugged and well-built. The robot has a 30x zoom custom PTZ camera mounted on the lid with 360 degrees of pan and tilt ranging from -10 to +90 degrees. Remote controlled LED lights are also included on the camera tilt housing. All the camera functions are controlled from the tablet wirelessly as you stream the video. The video feed can be recorded on the tablet and still pictures can be taken for reviewing.

Amphibious Enclosed WiFi Robot
The robot is completely waterproof and submersible and can navigate land and water. If the water is too deep to drive on the bottom, the robot floats and uses the wheels for propulsion through the water. It has four cameras two fixed IR cameras on the front and the back of the chassis, a 10X PTZ dome camera, and a spring-mounted IR camera for perspective driving. The robot is controlled with a PC using a Wi-Fi connection.
The Wi-Fi controlled IG42 Amphibious ATR includes the robot, program, gamepad controller, Wi-Fi Bridge, Ethernet converter, and control board. The drive, camera selection, and pan and tilt functions are all controlled as part of the control program, so you can drive and operate the camera with the provided gamepad controller or with your mouse and keyboard. If you set up your router with port forwarding, you can control and monitor your robot from anywhere that has internet access with your program. A VB.NET application is provided.
The robot itself is an extremely rugged well-built robot. The wheels are axle mounted and are supported using sealed ball bearings. This is a rugged frame made of 1/8" thick aluminum and includes our IG42 gear motors. The aluminum is all cut using CNC Plasma table for an exact fit-up and then hand welded.
