Trekker Ultrasonic Scanner

Description:

The Ultrasonic detector is a Davantech SRF04� or SRF08 Ultrasonic ranger that mounts to the rear or front of the Trekker chassis, front scanner brackets, or� bumper switches.� The ultrasonic sensor will detect obstacle and cause the robot to stop.�

The SRF04 Ultrasonic detector can detect from ~4 inches to ~10 feet. �This sensor package will plug directly into any of the three Trekker OOPic II Expansion Board or the OOPic-R Expansion Board ultrasonic sensor headers.

�

The SRF08 ultrasonic sensor can detect from ~4" to ~30 feet.� This sensor package will plug into the 4 pin header on the Trekker OOPic II Expansion Board or the 5 pin programming header on the OOPic II/II+ or OOPic-R.�
