As always SuperDroid Robots continues to sell and support the SuperDroid Trekkers.� These robot kits that can be purchased in many different configurations. It is an excellent education product to learn about microcontrollers, electronics, robotic navigation, etc.� It can be built the way you want it using sensors such as Infrared (IR), Ultrasonics, compass, encoders, flame detection, and limit switches.� The Trekker can also be equipped with an LCD.� The IR and Ultrasonic sensors can be put on servos to allow a very large (up to 360 degree) viewing area.� The Robot Kits are set up to put the favorite components together and offer a discount compared to buying the components individually. |

These new Robots are larger than the Trekker, but utilize many of the same sensors and controllers.� The robots can house a variety of wheels, motors and frames. The different wheels will allow All-Terrain travel.� The Omni wheels can be used for vectoring in any direction without turning.� The motors can be regular size or super-sized for climbing over rocks.�� The frames support different motor mounts, OOPics, Magnivation PWMs, MD22s, and more.
