Track and Wheel Set

Allowing for a large degree of adjustability and creativity in design, the Track and Wheel Set offers three different lengths of tracks to choose from. Sprocket wheels, idler wheels, and road wheels have all been included. Use with a variety of Tamiya Construction and Robotics products.� This tank tread set installs directly onto many of Tamiya’s gearbox shafts.

Basic Specifications:

• Tracks: two 30 link (about 7 1/2 inch long), four 10-link (2 5/8 inch) and four 8-link (2 1/4 inch).  The Track width is just shy of 3/4 inch.
• The shafts are about 100mm (4") long.
• Wheels: large about 32 mm (1.25"), small about 11 mm (0.43") diameter.

This set of four truck tires with wheels works well in Tamiya Construction and Robotics projects. The hex shaft inserts directly into the wheel with no tools. This tire set installs directly onto many of Tamiya’s gearbox shafts.

Usually tire like this are two parts and you end up buying the Rims and the Tires for a lot more than these cost already assembled.� These are one-piece 5-spoke chrome plated plastic wheels. Offset V-tread rubber tires. Tires are pre-mounted and glued to wheels.

The tires are 6.75" (170mm) in diameter and 3.75" (96mm) in width. The wheel's inner hub have a 14mm hex drive.�� The wheels are off-set 50.2mm from the inside edge of the rim to outside edge of the drive washer.
