Please use our online cart to place your order or to get a quote for any items listed on our site. Many of our items have options, etc., so using our cart ensures you get the configuration you want. If you need a minor modification or addition you can put a note in the shopping cart during checkout and we will make the modifications, etc. and update your order. If you need something completely custom fill out our custom request form.

Our cart allows you to select quotation request, so you checkout without any commitment. Simply select quotation request on the final checkout page. For information on domestic orders, please visit this link.

Step 1: Go to your cart

Once you're ready to checkout, navigate to the shopping cart. You can review the items in your cart and adjust their quantity, or remove anything that doesn't belong. We offer two checkout systems, Standard Checkout and PayPal Checkout.

Note: If you want to request an invoice or quote, choose Standard Checkout

If you chose PayPal Checkout follow the steps in their secure payment system.

Step 2: Billing Details and Contact Information

Fill out the billing information on this page. Make sure to double-check that name, address, and contact information are accurate and there are no mistakes. Once you're sure the information is correct, complete the reCAPTCHA and proceed to the next page.

Note: If your shipping address matches your billing address, check the box in the bottom left corner and proceed to Step 4.

Step 3: Delivery Details

This section is for situations where your shipping address is different from your billing address. Fill out the delivery address and contact information and double-check that the information is accurate before proceeding.

This page will show the shipping options available to you. We offer multiple options through various carriers for your convenience. Once you've chosen your shipping method, you can add any notes regarding your order and then proceed to choosing your payment method.

International Credit Card Processing

Typically international cards do NOT go through on-line for payment. It is usually because our bank can not verify the billing addresses for international cards, and therefore will NOT. accept them over the Internet.

Trying to run your international card on-line will usually result in an incomplete order with a pending charge on your card that will take several days to clear effecting your credit limit.

We recommend that you simply select "Manual Payment" as a payment option (located on the final checkout page/payment page). Alternatively you can use 'Pay by mail', 'Purchase Order', 'Quote Request', or 'Bank transfer' as a payment method. We typically require payment via wire transfer, credit cards and PayPal will not be accepted. Some countries we can accept credit cards, but most countries our bank will require us to collect payment via bank transfer. Payment will be required prior to us processing your order. If you only require a quote, select quotation request.

After selecting an alternate payment method and completing your order, you will be given an order number. We will then contact you for payment. There is a text field on the checkout page if you feel you need to give us further instructions, comments, etc. about the method in which you wish to pay. Some countries we can accept credit cards, but most countries our bank will require us to collect payment via bank transfer. Payment will be required prior to us processing your order.

  • Method 1: You can then send us a scanned image or photo of the front and back of your Credit Card along with the front and back of a valid photo ID showing your address and we can process your order manually. Make sure all the numbers and print are legible; a black and white photo copy will NOT work. (We can only accept credit cards for some countries and it also depends on the amount of the transaction.)
  • Method 2: You can also call us with your credit card information during normal business hours (M-F 8:30AM-5PM EST). (We can only accept credit cards for some countries and it also depends on the amount of the transaction.)
  • Method 3: We can send you a PayPal invoice. (We can only accept Paypal for some countries and it also depends on the amount of the transaction.)
  • Method 4: We will send you a quote if a quote was requested.
  • Method 5: We will send you a proforma invoice with wire transfer information.
  • Method 6: Alternately, you can mail us a certified check or money order, or wire the money to us.

Using PayPal

Yes, we accept PayPal! The same rules apply as with credit card processing, please proceed through the standard checkout. Upon completion of the order on the payment page select "Manual Payment". After selecting 'manual payment' and completing your order, you will be given an order number. We will contact you for payment and then PayPal can be used. (We can only accept Paypal for some countries and it also depends on the amount of the transaction.)

International Shipping

You will need to proceed through checkout and enter your shipping address into our on-line cart. After entering your shipping information, you will be given shipping options. We only ship international orders using traceable methods to ensure packages are not lost. If you wish, you can enter your carrier account and shipping method into the field. For international shipping we must fill out customs paperwork and the import/custom/brokerage fees your country may charge are typically not included in the costs. You need to check with your local government to determine the fees/duties/etc.

Often the on-line shipping calculator can not calculate costs properly due the large size of our packages. If you want us to manually calculate a shipping cost make sure you give us a complete address for shipping, then on the carrier selection page, just select "Bill and add later (extra payment required)". On the final checkout page you can type in any comments such as "Provide cheapest shipping method", "Provide fastest shipping", "provide guaranteed shipping", etc. We will let you know the options and costs, which we will add into your invoice.
