The MLT-JR is designed and fabricated in North Carolina USA and fully supported by SuperDroid Robots, an industry leader in robotics. It is a smaller version of our LT2 and HD2 tanks, but built with the same high level of quality, strength, power, etc. This is not a plastic imported robot that will disappoint you. It performs exceptionally well for its size and is intended as a small maneuverable customizable tracked robot platform.
This is a Custom build using an MLT-JR chassis as the starting platform. The customer needed to inspect an area that had a ceiling height of only 5 inches of steel and concrete. Wireless will not work in those conditions so we used our tethered control package to drive the robot and see the video. They got a 7 inch LCD with a built in DVR to record everything the robot saw.
This is a prebuilt version of TP-251-003, our programmable triangular omni wheel vectoring robot. It can vector in any direction and is great for indoor robotics. An Arduino Mega and encoders allow for this to be an autonomous robot.
